Refund Policy

At Trude's Treasures, we take pride in providing authentic trading card products and carefully packaging every order. Due to the collectible and randomized nature of trading card products, our return and refund policy is designed to protect both our customers and the integrity of the products we sell.
Final Sale Items
Final sale items cannot be returned or refunded. Final sale items include all Pokémon trading card products, including but not limited to:
- Individual trading cards (graded or ungraded)
- Booster packs
- Booster boxes
- Elite Trainer Boxes
- Booster bundles
- Collection boxes
- Any products containing trading cards
Once opened, sealed products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Return Eligibility (Pokémon Products)
Returns are generally not accepted due to the nature of collectible trading card products. However, if an item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
To review an issue, we may request:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the original shipping packaging
If the issue is verified, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Apparel Returns
Apparel items are produced on demand by our print partner. Because each item is custom printed for the customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind.
We will replace or refund apparel items in the following cases:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The item received does not match the size or design ordered
- The print quality is significantly flawed
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the issue
Approved issues will be resolved through a free reprint or refund at our discretion.
Apparel Sizing
Please review the size charts provided on each apparel product page before ordering. Returns due to incorrect sizing are not accepted, as items are made to order.
Randomized Products
Trading card booster packs and sealed products contain randomly inserted cards distributed by the manufacturer.
Specific cards, rarities, pull rates, or product outcomes are not guaranteed. Refunds or returns will not be issued based on pack results or perceived product value.
Manufacturer Packaging Disclaimer
We sell manufacturer-sealed products. We are not responsible for minor manufacturing imperfections to packaging or contents, including but not limited to:
- Small tears in shrink wrap
- Minor dents to packaging
- Plastic scuffs or scratches
- Corner dings on sealed products
These are common factory and shipping imperfections and do not qualify as damage.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been shipped. This includes both shipping paid by the customer and any shipping costs paid by Trude's Treasures. Apparel shipping costs are also non-refundable once production has started.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Trude's Treasures is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Order Cancellations
Orders canceled before shipment are subject to a 10% processing and administrative fee to cover payment processing and operational costs.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Apparel orders cannot be canceled once production has started with our print partner.
Preorders
Preorder products are ordered from our suppliers based on customer demand.
For this reason:
- Preorders are non-refundable
- Preorder cancellations may be subject to a 10% cancellation fee
Release dates are determined by manufacturers and distributors and may change without notice.
If an order contains both preorder and in-stock items, the entire order may be held until all items are available to ship.
Pricing
Product prices may change at any time due to market conditions and supply fluctuations.
We do not offer price adjustments, refunds, or credits for price changes that occur after an order has been placed.
