Shipping Policy

Trude's Treasures carefully packages all orders with collectors in mind to help ensure products arrive safely.

Order Processing

All sealed Pokémon product orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Apparel orders are produced and shipped by our print partner. Production typically takes 3–7 business days before shipping.

During periods of high demand, product releases, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Multiple Shipments

Apparel and Pokémon products ship from different locations and arrive separately. If your order contains both, you will receive separate tracking numbers — one for each shipment. This is normal and not an error.

  • Pokémon products ship from our facility in Carbondale, IL (1–3 business day processing, 3–5 day USPS, FedEx or UPS delivery)
  • Apparel ships directly from our print partner (3–7 business day production, then 3–5 day delivery)

Shipping Rates

Sealed Pokémon product orders are charged based on package weight:

  • Up to 1 lb: $4.99
  • 1–3 lb: $6.99
  • 3–6 lb: $11.99
  • 6–10 lb: $17.99
  • Over 10 lb: Calculated at checkout

Orders totaling $175 or more on sealed Pokémon products qualify for free shipping.

Apparel shipping is a flat $6.99 per order, regardless of quantity.

Orders are shipped using USPS or other comparable carriers. Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the continental United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

Orders cannot be modified once placed, including shipping address changes.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

P.O. Boxes

We are able to ship sealed Pokémon products to P.O. Box addresses when supported by the shipping carrier. Apparel orders may not be deliverable to P.O. Boxes depending on the carrier used by our print partner.

Military Addresses

Orders shipped to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses may require additional transit time depending on the destination and military mail processing. Delivery times for these shipments can vary and may take longer than standard domestic deliveries.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked 'Delivered' by the shipping carrier, the order is considered fulfilled. Trude's Treasures is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

Damaged Packages

If your sealed Pokémon product order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the item, shipping packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

For damaged or defective apparel, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos so we can coordinate a reprint or refund through our print partner.

Preorders

Preorder items will ship on or around the official product release date determined by the manufacturer or distributor. Release dates may change without notice.

If an order contains both preorder items and in-stock items, the entire order will be held until all items are available to ship.

Customers who wish to receive items separately should place separate orders.

Fraud Prevention

Trude's Treasures reserves the right to cancel or hold any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
